We just started with square and it worked great with the stand for two days. Today its not connecting with the stand. We adjusted the base and I'm concerned I might have broken a clock spring or something. Anyone have an idea?

A few things to try:
-Check all the power cords, especially the one going from the outlet to the power brick. That plug has been notoriously finicky on my stand and gets dislodged easier than it should.
-Remove the iPad and restart it. I've seen where the iPad forgets it's connected to a power source.
-Check the lightning connector on the stand. There should be a little wiggle to it so that you can remove the tablet, but excessive wiggling means problems.
If none of those work, I know there's a warranty replacement option, you'll need to contact Customer Support to get it going, though.
