My clients are not getting their appointment reminders

I have the reminders set so that my clients get email and text  reminders. 2 days and 2 hours before their appointment. They are not getting either

Hello @Evshairapy, I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. 

 

For this issue I recommend reaching out to our Customer Success Team. Mainly because this will require the team to look at your notifications on the back end to make sure they're being sent out.
