My square app says failure to load square and so im unable to take payments. How can i fix this?

It sounds like the app is glitchy. I'd recommend trying these App Troubleshooting Steps to resolve this if it hasn't been resolved already.
The signature screen is wonky on my Android --never had this problem until I got a new phone. Everything else works (mostly) fine, although it does go into Offline mode mysteriously. It is a Galaxy S10e. Regards the signature screen, the tipping boxes and signature lines are nearly on top of one another. Any way to fix this?

Hmm, sounds like you might need to run through app troubleshooting. I'd try reinstalling your app to start (don't do this if you have pending offline payments, as they'll be lost).

It is not on the list of compatible phones... I had this issue with my S6A and after many phone calls etc, they finally told me it isn't compatible.
Did you figure it out on this phone? I am looking for a new phone and this is one option. thanks
