My reader keeps disconnecting

Hi guys, I recently got a brand new wireless square reader and it seems to constantly disconnect. I’ve gone through ALL of the troubleshooting tips on the support page and it still doesn’t work. I have already taken it back once. I have no idea how to deal with this.

I am having the same issue accross multiple readers on multiple devices. Readers were working fine and now keep randomly disconnecting. I have to turn bluetooth off then on to get it working again or forget reader and then reconnect...only to have to do the same again after a few sales. Need a resolution urgently
