Customer unable to input card info to pay invoice

Customer is trying to pay invoice and  is unable  to input card info

Per Square's System Status Web Site - no issues with transactions have been reported (so far today).   Is the card not being accepted, any error messages ?   If you have more details that would be helpful - please understand that the volunteer Community Members here are not the same as Customer or Tech Support.  Sometimes we are pretty good at resolving some challenges if we have enough information.
