My pick up time in settings does not match the earliest time given at checkout, how do I fix this?

Hi, in the past my customers were able to pick up their orders in accordance to what we have set up for earliest pick up in the Pick up & delivery settings (eg. earliest pick up is Saturday at 1:30pm). Now its showing that the earliest pick up time is later that what we have set up in our settings. So in our settings we have earliest pick up is at 1:30pm however at checkout its showing earliest is at 5:30pm for all items

 

How can we fix this?

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Online Store!

 

I'm not aware of any current bugs that would result in inaccurate pickup times - as long as you have pickup times set up correct in your Square Online dashboard this should be how pickup times are reflected on the website.

 

One possible reason for this is if you have order limiting turned on and have a bunch of orders already booked, pickup slots up until 5:30 on that may already be filled.
