My new samsung S23 phone won't connect to my SPC1-01 reader. The tap to pay feature works fine with the phone. Any ideas how to get reader to connect with my phone?

Do you get any sort of error message whenever you try to connect to your reader? Double check that your Point of Sale & phone software is up to date.
Another option would be to do a hard reset on the reader and trying to connect again. This Support Article has step by step instructions on how to do the reset.
Please let me know this doesn't do the trick and you're still having issues.
