Can we ask what payment method was recorded for this invoice? E.g. you can receive payment via credit card or via other tender options, such as cash.
If the payment method recorded is showing as a credit card, we suggest reaching out directly to our Support Team to help you look into your payment history. They can dig deeper into your transactions and account-specific information, which we're unable to do via the Seller Community platform.
