My emails I send from Square look like fishing emails!

When I reply to a customer's inquiry from Square it looks like email address looks like spam because the email address comes from….

Is Square working on a fix for this? I have to reassure my customers that they are emailing me back and that I am not a scammer.

Thanks for reaching out and letting me know about this. I can imagine how frustrating it must be when your emails look suspicious to customers. I really want to help get this sorted out for you.

 

Could you share a bit more about where you are replying to customers? A screenshot of what you’re seeing would be really helpful. If you’re having trouble uploading a photo, sometimes signing out and back into the community can fix it.
