Is Square working on a fix for this? I have to reassure my customers that they are emailing me back and that I am not a scammer.

Could you share a bit more about where you are replying to customers? A screenshot of what you’re seeing would be really helpful. If you’re having trouble uploading a photo, sometimes signing out and back into the community can fix it.
