My drivers unable to use square

I have been using square for over 7 years. Not ever had trouble. Now my drivers can't log on and take cards. Says Administrator must resolve problem. Says session has ended. Anyone know what the problem is? I have tried to call, cannot get through. Sent an email says it will take 24 to 48 hours to answer.

@shadda, WOAH - 7 years ?! Thanks for sticking with us for so long!  🙌  And sorry your drivers are having issues logging in. 

 

Sounds like there might be an issue with your Team Plus subscription. First, I'd check you're Dashboard to see if you're properly subscribed. 

 

If I'm off target, please respond with a screenshot of the error your drivers are seeing so I can figure out what's going on.
