My customers cannot checkout on mobile- invalid phone and/or address

Customers are unable to check out on mobile  The checkout cycles through several iterations of errors:

  • automatically asks for phone number and sends when I made that optional.
  • does not recognize valid 10-digit phone numbers with the country set to US (1) - this happens when autofilling or entering manually.  if you try to checkout as guest it still says invalid phone number
  • does not recognize valid addresses both using the google map and entering manually
  • I have recreated this all on my phone and am experiencing the same issues

Apple pay does not work because my address is invalid there too

 

On my laptop I was able to complete an order.
