My customers are constantly contacting us via email or calling asking when their packages are going to be shipped. They are jot receiving the email with tracking information.
when purchasing in store, we create the customer profile, input address, phone number, and email before we complete the transaction.
All labels are purchased through the “create label” in the shipments section via Shippo.

Did you check your settings in Shippo? Make sure you have email notifications enable.
I did check, and they are enabled
If you have it enabled on Shippo and you have it enabled in your square website settings I'm not sure why they wouldn't be receiving the emails. Please reply back if you find a solution.
