My customer sign up email sign up link isn't working

My custumer sign up link is not working at all. does anyone now how to fix this or adjust the link in someway? Even the preview just takes me to a page that says ERROR

I want to make sure I understand what's giving you trouble. You're having trouble withe the free processing referral link on your digital receipts? Or are you having trouble with the email collection page?

I was having trouble with the email collection page but the problem seems to have fixed itself, Probably just needed time to update after i customized it,
