My card reader is not working, and the swipe card is not reading

Card reader never been working at all. We have to type the card number manually and it takes away our time

Hey @Felina, really sorry to hear about the trouble with your card reader.

 

Is this happening with the Contactless and Chip Reader? If so, have a look at Kelly's reply in this post: What are the troubleshooting steps for the Contactless and Chip Card Reader?
