We’ve had issues since Thurs Jun 8. Today still experiencing barcode scanner issues. Today Square had “Updates” posted on main page that there’s issues with certain barcode scanners. Said the engineers working on it. As of 4pm their last update was 12:40PST saying same thing.
I logged on just now to check from home but can’t find the Updates page.
Hoping they can get if fixed asap. We’re very small but takes forever searching for each item to sell the “old fashion way” (no barcode). I can’t imagine the difficulties for bigger/multi store accounts.
