I own a taco restaurant and have online orders come in consistently. Early this week I noticed that my Sales Report on the Square Stand/POS was not reflecting all of my sales. The sales are reflected on my phone app and online when I go to my account. Based on numbers it looks like the Square Stand is not calculating online sales when they come in, even though it is putting them through the system. This just started this week. Wondering if there is a fix to this as I would like to watch my sales through the POS. Thanks.
@PointBreakTacos make sure you select the three bar at the top of the report screen and that you don't have "this device only" flagged when you run a report. This would ignore the online sales when you run a sales report.
Thanks for your response. However, unless I am not seeing it, there is not option for "this device only" on my Square Register.

Here's how you can edit this via your Square Register:
1. Select Reports > Sales > tap on the area highlighted here:
2. This will allow you to customise your report. Scroll down past the calendar to Filter by Device and make sure All Devices is selected:
3. Select Done to save your settings.
