My Offline payments aren't going through even though I am back on wifi

I took 4 payments while not on wifi-once I realized I switched on wifi-my payments just continue to show and processing and won't go through.  I know I only have 72 hour to remedy before they transactions go away.  Help?

Hi @bramblecandles!

 

It sounds like you might not of had Offline Mode enabled when taking those payments.

 

It'd be best to reach out to our CS team directly considering this is time sensitive so they can see if they went through on our end while you were offline.
