Monthly Labor Costs and Annual Labor Costs do not Match

I am going through an exercise where I am trying to align Square calculated Labor Costs with my actual Labor Costs.  When I added up what Square shows for Labor Costs by Month they do not match the total that Square shows for the year.  Am I missing something?
