Money

So I'm still new to this app,none if my customers have ever paid though this app,well now one of my customers has and I don't know where my money went to? Can anyone help me? I've never setup up anything to do with money on this app just used it for invoices

Hello TigerLily1,

 

Assuming your Square Account is completely setup and you have a bank account attached - after Square processes the transaction, the funds minus the transaction processing fees will be deposited in your bank account - depending on weekends and/or holidays, it can take from 1 to 3 days to see the funds.

Like I said I've only used this Square app for invoices I have no bank account set up to it I have nothing of that sort set up to it that's not what I was using it for I only used it to make up invoices for my customers and then send them to them you've never had an issue with someone paying me through the app so I don't even know where to begin to to link a bank account to this app

@TigerLily1 As JK said above your money should be transferred into your account within the next business day. So because Today was a Holiday in the US Any funds taken Friday - Monday should be available on Tuesday Sep 5

@TigerLily1 You are going to want to go to your dashboard in a browser on your computer would probably be best if possible.

From there you want to go to Account & Settings -> then Business Information -> Then Bank Accounts. Here you should be able to add an external bank account for your money to be transferred to. 

 

Once you link your bank account you want to go to the 3 lines by account & settings and find Balance, there you will see the money waiting to be transferred out. Once your bank account is linked successfully you should be able to transfer the funds.

 

Please let me know if this makes sense and you are able to do so! If not I will try to help find another solution.

So from what I can tell my account is linked to my card as well as I also opened a checking account card thew this app. So now what do I do? Or will it just show up in my account?
