Help! I’ve noticed that several of my Modifier groups have changed without my knowledge or input and it’s extremely frustrating.
I have different Modifiers for in- house orders and online ordering, the in-house modifiers are, in some cases, 4x the number of options than the online. Recently I’ve noticed that the in-house Modifiers have been assigned to our online items and it’s creating issues.
In addition, yesterday I noticed that an entire Modifier group had been changed completely! In this particular case it was a lunch combo with a Modifier group to include Side Item option for a lunch combo and yesterday the entire group had been changed to Cookies or Dessert items instead of Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Green Salad, etc. I don’t know how or why this changed but it wasn’t our doing. Strangely, the Modifier Group included at least one item that we removed from our menu and inventory, over three years ago.
I don’t know if this happened to any other merchants but it’s highly frustrating and disturbing.
