Missing stock items

Hello, I have been adding several stock items to various categories from my website to Square without any problems. I note today that 98% of the stock and several categories have disappeared from within Square. Nothing has been updated or removed from my website or in Square has anybody else had this problem? Any input would be gratefully appreciated

Sorry to hear you've run into this, I'll just need a little more information. 

 

By adding stock do you mean you are adding quantities to already existing items in Square item library or are you newly importing all items & stock levels from your website? 

 

If so, how are you importing the items and who is your website host?

Thank you everyone for your support I have Sync my stock items to Square which seem to be unreliable at the moment

Hi @Sven22, sorry to hear that! Can you let me know if you are syncing your items with a third-party provider or Square Online store? Can you explain a bit more how you synced (updated the stock on an existing item or imported new items and stock)? More information will help us understand what issue you are experiencing and give you the right information.
