Missing Bank Account Transfer

I submitted an ACH transfer to my bank account on June 20th, and it is now July 6th, and nothing. My bank has 0 ACH transfer accounts in its system that are linked to the money. Square reps are useless, telling me the same things over and over again that amount to nothing. The case has been "Escalated" twice now, and when I ask for an update on the case, the rep tells me they can't legally tell me what's happening, and no email has ever been sent. I am at the end of my rope, and I'm ready to escalate this to legal pursuits.
