Hi, I’d like to notify loyalty customers that we have a promotion for double loyalty points. Is there a way to do this automatically or manually?

You can send email marketing campaigns to your customers about your Loyalty promotion by subscribing to Square Marketing. This tool helps you promote your business by setting up automated campaigns.
To get started, you’ll need to create the campaign from the Marketing tab of your online Square Dashboard.
When creating the campaign, you will be able to customise the design entirely and target a specific group of customers. Feel free to consult our Support Centre article on how to get started with Square Marketing for how-to steps and additional information.

We only collect customers phone numbers and not their email addresses. I can't see an option to select phone numbers for the campaign audience. Is this possible?
If it's not possible, is there instead a way of requesting customers to provide us their email address both when they join the loyalty scheme and also for existing customers who we only have their phone numbers for?
