In Square for retail. We often start several carts at one time and save the carts. Sometimes a family member or friend decides to pick up their ticket. Normally we open both carts, merge them to one and go on our way. For the last week or two, when we click merge to "name" the whole app closes and any resent changes disappear. Has anyone else had this issue?

I could not find similar reports. My advice here would be to make sure that your application and or device are up-to-date. Also reinstalling the application most of the time solves common issues. If everything looks good there, you'll want to reach out.
