Menu created on Dashboard not appearing on iPad

I created an event-specific menu in my dashboard on my computer, but the menu does not appear on my iPad or iPhone. I can preview the POS layout (Tablet and Mobile layout) in the dashboard. Please help!

Are the items set to be available to be sold on your other POS systems. If you have multiple locations you'll need to make sure it's available for whatever location your iPad is logged into.
