I'm trying to create a marketing email with images. I'm able to add the image box but when I click to change an image, the image area isn't scrolling so I'm only able to add one of the four images that is in the view. This has been a problem since at least Friday, 3/29/19.
I've created 50+ emails over the past year and have never had this issue.
That's super weird @suzannelori.
Have you tried clearing the cache on your web browser and then restarting the program?
Also could you share which campaign this is happening on?

It's for all of my campaigns. I have cleared cache, restarted my computer, tried it on Chrome and Firefox. Then tried on Safari and it's working on that browser. (Btw, I'm using a Mac)
Hi again @suzannelori. Our engineering team just let me know that they are aware of this issue with Google Chrome and they're working on a fix right now. I'll post again here as soon as this issue has been completely resolved! (It should be fixed in approximately 24-48 hours.)

Hi again @suzannelori, I just wanted to let you know that this issue has been fully resolved - you can go back to using Google Chrome to set up and edit your campaign. If you are stil experiencing issues please let me know.

This issue is happening again (8/10/19).
Hi @suzannelori. I checked in with our Marketing Specialists and they haven't seen this issue come up again. Do you have another laptop or desktop that you could try this on just for process of elimination?
If not, I'd definitely suggest reaching out to our Customer Success Team since this is happening again and there aren't any reports of it. This could be an issue with your account, specifically.
