MY SECOND TERMINAL IS KILLING MY BUSINESS!

I must return to my art event by 11 AM TODAY. YESTET DAY I HAD 20 TERMINAL TRANSACTIONS WITH NO PROBLEM.  THEN IT STARTED...I WAS ASSURED THE AT LEAST 13 NEW TRANSACTIONS WOULD BE REACHABLE AFTER I RETURNED TO ANOTHER SOURCE OF INTERNET WITHIN 12 HOURS.  GUESS WHAT...I HAVE ONLY THE ORIGINAL 20 ON MY HOME INTERNET INSTEAD OF AT LEAST 13 MORE TRANSACTIONS.  PLUS THIS.  WHEN I TOOK CASH ONLY TRANSACTIONS THEY MERELY PILED UP INTO ONE SINGLE TRANSACTION.  HAVE YOU BEEN TO THIS TYPE OF MESS.  I NEED HELP DESPERATELY.

@ber I know a couple of things, they might not help you specifically.  I would make sure to never reset a terminal or tablet if you process sales "offline" as they will go bye bye.  I would make sure to have a cell phone with hot spot available to use as a backup and connect a terminal to your hotspot if you lose internet. 

 

I haven't had your type of problem, but that is the very first thing I would do going forward.  did you get the terminal reconnected to the internet?
