I seem to be having a problem with the loyalty. Problems started this morning with customers not ale to redeem their points i.e square doesn't seem to recognising customers phone numbers but is still adding points to their loyalty account after a transaction.

If they're able to replicate the issue they can file a bug report with our engineering team.

Hi, yes I reported the problem and square replicated the problem on their end ... hopefully it gets fixed very soon.
