I bought an ACE SLAB at £495 with the graded gallery Ltd on March 28th 2026 with my linked card and never received the loyalty points!

Hi @Lots_Of_Trouble

If you purchased something from a seller that uses and offers Loyalty rewards with Square then you would need to reach out to that business directly to have them look into the issue of missing loyalty points so that they can add them if there was an error.
