Some customers are stoopid 🤣

This is working amazingly well for me when anyone pays with their phone (apple or google pay), but if they pay with their card they just don't 'get' where to hold it. 

I've sometimes resorted to asking them to just put their card on the table and I move my phone over it as they either don't hold it still and move it all ver the place or just have trouble holding it over the end of the phone. 

I guess, in their defence it doesn't seem to be as powerful as the standard reader or terminal and can be quite picky over how/where the card is held.

Glad to hear you've found a way around this, but agree that it will probably take some getting used to, especially for people who are not as used to paying with their phones, etc. 

We appreciate the feedback regarding the connectivity nonetheless.

@Breffni totally an apple thing not the square side of it.... Guess it's a limitation of using the little bit build into the phone rather than a 'real' reader.
