Hello I hope someone can help, a new volunteer has managed to delete our item library, before we start re entering it all over again is there any form of back up in the system that would let us roll back to a last best copy?? I know we might lose a few days or weeks of items. but this would be better then a complete restart.
Any suggestions welcome.

Hi @BriantspuddleSh it's not my field of expertise but I have not come across a mechanism to do what you want. We periodically export our library to csv so we have a reasonably recent library. I know it's not much help but may help going forward.

I'm very sorry to hear this, David 😞 Unfortunately, we can't recover item libraries. If you had a CSV file of all of your items it would be possible to import them back in but otherwise, they'll need to be manually reentered.
Did you have a lot of inventory?
