Seems like some things never change —always having problems with the connection of the Bluetooth contactless card reader. works perfectly until you sign out and another staff person signs in and then it just sits there spinning trying to connect yet never does . why does this continue to happen as it doesn’t seem like it’s that complicated, software wise of course that’s another story

This isn't the experience Square wants you to have. Have you gone through the Troubleshooting Steps for Square Contactless and Chip Reader? If not then I definitely suggest you complete those. If the problem persists then I recommend reaching out to our support team via phone or email for them to confirm if your device qualifies for a Warranty Exchange.
