Live USPS rates not calculated at checkout.  I've upgraded to the top tier.

It looks like you had two shipping profiles, which determine your rates. One profile had all 50 states and 1 US territory, but it did not have any rates linked to it. I've now updated your settings so that live rates do calculate for the US.
