Lightning network

Many of you would like to take Bitcoin as payment.  I'm a book publisher, and I have advertised small Bitcoin prices for .pdf versions of books that we can sell directly.  According to Block, the parent company of Square, a connection to the Lightning network for Bitcoin is coming.  

This forum is for discussion of Bitcoin for point of sale and Lightning for small transactions.

I'm not familiar with the Lightning network but the topic of accepting Bitcoin payments has come up many, many times over the years. I look forward to hearing more about this if it is a reasonable opportunity to accept Bitcoin as a payment method.
