Large transaction issues

Normal business with up to $8,000 size transactions then had one today for $xxx,xxx. Had to submit it and several transactions under $50,000. No problem. But then tried to generate a report for today and only some of the total are there. Then I notice I have a notice for giving detailed information about the whole account focused on the large transaction.

Still no problem, however after I responded, I tried to upload a receipt and a letter about the one time transaction. THe form response will not allow me to SUBMIT.
