Why is there a wide vertical white line on payment screen after latest app update?
Hi there again, @Superpowers and @Kym2 - I've just gotten word that this has developed into a known issue. Our engineers are aware of this situation and are actively working on a solution.
We plan to release a fix for this issue in our next update, version 6.30. At this time, the fix is expected to be released on November 7th. I'll let you know if this date happens to change. Thank you for your patience in the meantime 🙏

Hi I did already contact support and followed the steps and few more just to make sure and still same issue. This only happened after doing the update on the app. Support told me to return item to the store but I think it’s something with the app.
I haven't looked at the "Steps" but I have been using Square for a couple of years now and I am fairly confident that it has to do with the update. I wonder what they wanted you to return to the store? The iPad? The App?

WE still have the white line on the check out page and it prohibits customers from using their cash app to pay in store. Has this been updated yet?
It is 1/17/24 and I just started having this issue on my iPad with Square Stand. It happens with the iPad alone and in the square stand. It makes the checkout experience look broken and unprofessional. Is there a fix for this?
