Using the square stand with the iPad for Square for retail we have an issue with transactions disappearing... They eventually come back after one to five minutes. The sales total also does not update when the transactions disappear, This has happened for at least the last 3 years, but seems to be getting worse. @_Violet

Hey @SamWilburn. There have been lots of reporting/logging issues with Square for the past few hours. Here is the link to issquareup.com where you can follow the resolution progress. Square assures us that our transactions/payments are safe and this is just a reporting issue/lag.
Square is having an issue right with transactions being reported, they are running about 45 mins. behind from the time you make a sale. You can chek on the progress here. https://www.issquareup.com/
I did a transaction. Saw the balance but now it says I have never did any transactions and the balance went back to 0

Is it normal not to see my transactions showing on my account when I make a card sale?
I can’t see mine either and it’s been the last 2 hrs of sales! The sales have been approved and customers sent emails but I have no record of the transactions & they are not appearing in reports? I’m confused! It’s never happened before &I can’t trouble shoot.

It was taking me about 1/2 an hour for my Transactions to show back up today. I ended up setting my Receipt printer up to be connected via Network AND USB. So the Network side prints when I tell it to for the Customer and the USB side Prints Automatically for every receipt for my OWN records that this transaction was performed Just Incase... My only issue is the USB side prints Mirrored images so to read the receipt I hold it in a Mirror or scan it then Flip it...... PITA, but I have records now for myself!!!

"At this time, most Reports and Services are up-to-date. However, the reporting of Cash and Other Tender Type Transactions is still in progress. Team Member Tip and Commission reports are also progressing. We will continue providing updates as they occur. Thank you for your patience and understanding."

My transactions after the sale are taking ten minutes or so to show up on the transaction screen. HELP. I can't expect my customers to stand around waiting to see if it went thru. HELP

10 mins. Mine are not showing at all. I hope they will at least respond or acknowledge the problems.

Is anyone else having issues? We can't search customers and if we complete a transaction it sounds like it completed but does not come up in transactions or sales report. HELP - busy day at both shops. I directed staff to make tickets and name it with the customers last name and phone number. I HATE letting products walk out the door unpaid. We lost hundreds from the last square outage 🤬

I’m having the same issue as well as another business near me. My transactions are also not popping up on Square KDS
Yes I am having the same issue. none of my card transactions are appearing. I've gone cash only till Square responds to my message request but they haven't responded yet.
I just noticed under "reports > "Payment Methods" the accumulated amount I have collected shows up, but its not under the Sales Summary or individual transactions page. Check there and see if your payments are showing up. Hopefully they will get this fixed soon!
