How can I send an order to print a kitchen ticket without having to charge the addition first. Currently the customer must pay before his order is sent to the kitchen printer ... please help me

No im using square in a grocery store but we do some snacks

Sorry @LucBouffard- I meant the Square for Restaurants system! But no worries.

The only way you can send an order back to the kitchen without charging your customer is if you use Open Tickets. Once you save an open ticket, you can choose to solely print it without charging.
