Can’t sync my account.

You may want to provide more details as your concern is a bit generic. For example, what App, type of phone, etc. The Community is not the same as Tech or Customer Support but, can help with many concerns however, without knowing more, it's impossible to even guess. (I'm sure someone here may have some thoughts.)
I updated my app…using iPhone 13 for the last 3 years with no problem!

Did you go through the online process of creating a Square account and have it working and verified by Square, then install a Square App on your phone? Did you put any items in your Square Catalog for your cell to sync with? Did you sign in on your cell through the app with the same credentials you used to sign up with Square?
Have used my square on my phone for 3 years. We only use it twice a year for a craft show. I have never had this happen before. I did update my app but no help.
I live in GA so I am calling customer service after lunch.

I have a couple ideas for you.
On a computer setup Device Codes for your cell phone. Use that to login to your Square account.

The other thing you can do is to uninstall the app, then reinstall it to make sure you have the most up to date version on your phone then log in with the device code.
I like signing in with the device code instead of using my User ID and Password.
