Items not showing in online store

In my Items, I have all of my items marked as visible. I have them available for self-serve purchase, as well as pickup. Under Online and Site items, I added them into my online store. All show in my store shop as individual pages, but not as items for my store.

 

There are no quantities on any item, so that shouldn't matter.

 

Please tell me I don't have to load all of my items again into this online store. Thanks for your help!

Hi @thehivemn!

 

How did you originally import your items to Square Online? Were they already in Square (ie used in your retail store or something?).

 

Also, have you previously used Weebly for your store (prior to Square acquiring them)?

 

If you were already using Weebly, I have seen other threads where it's not possible to migrate products over to Square Online from an existing Weebly store. Personally I haven't used it, but we use Square Appointments and sell products, so we were able to 'Add Items from Library' in the Square Online site and it was fairly straight forward to set them up as items.

 

The fact your products have come in as pages doesn't seem right — I'd get in contact with Square Support and see if they can look into it for you: https://squareup.com/help/us/en#contact-chat
