Items not going from POS to kitchen printer

Hello,

I am curious if anyone else is having this issue. We run a small Wine and Beer bar with a small selection of appetizers.

Over the last couple of nights we have noticed that at certain times an item will not populate on the kitchen printer. Sometimes its a whole table, sometimes it is simply a single item. Nothing is consistent.

Any thoughts on why this may be happening? Has anyone else noticed this happening with their square for restaurants POS?

@Xavierg2003 What type of printer and connection are you using? Are you using the square KDS?
