Items not adding

Hi I am adding items to my shop via my Weebly site. I am on the pro plan which says I have 25 items. I currently have  9 items - I've gone to add more and it says I have to upgrade to add more even though I only have 9 of the 25 I am due as part of my plan? Any ideas?

If you are subscribed to the Weebly Pro plan, you should be able to have 25 items listed on your Weebly website. If you are having difficulty with your website items, we suggest getting in contact with our Weebly support team directly. You can call Square Customer Success on 0800 098 8008, who will transfer you to our Weebly support team out in the US. Our Weebly team is available after 2 pm Monday through Friday.
