Items incorrectly shown as "Sold Out" in the POS, but are in stock

Is anyone else having a problem with newly added products showing up as sold out? They are also not available in the online area, even though they are labeled as Visible. This is true on uploaded items as well as those added through the POS app.

I'm seeing little messages about we may be selling more than we have in stock on items and I have no idea why.

Did this issue resolve itself? I'm currently having the exact same problem. Items are in-stock. Even on my website.

But showing a red bubble and out of stock on dashboard, and POS even with the number on hand above zero.

Hi @Myguyry - I'm sorry to hear that this issue with your inventory has brought you to the Seller Community😥

This does sound off, but it's difficult to pinpoint what may be happening without looking at your account and settings with you, which we aren't able to do via the Seller Community. For this type of issue, I suggest that you get in touch with our Support Team. If you haven't already, please reach out to Support directly by logging into your Square account and heading here.

I already spoke to someone, the issue was not resolved, but they are working on it. Thank you for the reply.

Yes. I'm seeing this exactly.

It's showing all of my books as 'Sold Out' because I Switched Locations to NV to get ready to use their Sales Tax. This is my first time using Square so I'm pretty stressed by this.

It... looks fixed? In the Square Terminal, I'm having to go into each individual item, adjust the Stock on Hand through 'Stock Received' for every one, and that removes 'Sold Out'.

When you Switch Locations, it just assumes the stock is Zero... for some reason.
