Items in library that should not be there

When I export the item library there are products in the list that should not be there. We set up a product with two SKU's. When the library is exported there are three SKU's 

all showing stock. If we go to edit the item the third one is not there. You will see below in the first image the items with 10 & 20mg at the end are the products we have set up, the one with no numbers seems to be a ghost product. The second image shows there are just two SKU's, any idea where this third one has come from? This occurs with hundreds of our items. How is there stock against a product we don't have?

It looks like you might have Mango Peach & Pineapple as variations for two different items. 

One has two variations and another item has one. 

Can you check by searching Mango Peach & Pineapple in the search bar of the item library here? Let me know if you see it listed three times there.
