How to print a stock list

Can you print out a list of all your stock on Square to do a stocktake ?

Hi @The_Field_Brew, thanks for posting and welcome to the Community 👋.

You can download and print your item library using the import/export tool on your Dashboard. 

To export a copy of your Square Item Library:

1. Visit Items in your online Square Dashboard.

2. Click Actions > Export Library > Confirm Export.

3. Select between Excel (.xlsx) or CSV format (we recommend Excel)

A spreadsheet will download to your computer, and your items stock will be displayed under the column "Current Quantity". 

You can use the same tool to quickly update your stock. Simply enter the new stock in the column "New Quantity" of the spreadsheet and import it to your Dashboard.
