I have added some new menu items, and added them to the grid. After a short time, the items are no longer showing on the grid. I added maybe 10 things to the grid, but 3 will not stay on (the other 7 have no issues.) The system is up to date, and I don't see anything in the item setup that is any different. Any suggestions?

If these items are missing I would suggest trying to add them to the grid again. If the issue still persists, I recommend you try these Troubleshooting Steps for the Square Register.
The grid still disappears. Gets to be a little frustrating when you redo it 2-3 times..

How often is the item grid disappearing? What app version is your register on?

I am using the new register and having the same wonky problem. I restarted the register system and tried again but no luck. Attached is a video of the problem.
I even tried to remove a tile from the grid and reinsert the same tile back onto the grid. Unfortunately, when I click DONE, the inserted tile disappears! OMG ... I am extremely exhausted.
