We added several new items using the mobile app but when we log on to desktop to work on webstore, the items aren’t showing. Any help would be appreciated!

Double check the email address you're logged into on the app and make sure it's the same on the desktop version.
Also, whenever you're logging in to your Dashboard, are internet browser are you using? Make sure it's Google Chrome.
