Item Library missing

for the past couple of weeks the Item Library will not connect when I am logged in through the Dashboard.  Is anyone else having this issue.  It is a real pain when I am trying to receive a large order of merchandise for my store.

I was just able to pull up the Item Library on your account. Could you explain what is the behavior that you are experiencing when trying to open the Item Library on your end?

I have been have been have iventory issues for the last 6 weeks.  I thought my inventory numbers being "off" was my issue. After many 12 hour days of counting inventory, and putting the correct numbers in, I thought all was good to go. 

The following week, my numbers were off again. I thought there is absolutely no way. Nothing in what I was doing to receive product changed, nor how it was being sold. There agian, I spent many 12 hour days counting, and counting, and counting. 

Re uploaded the newest inventory. Again, not 4 days later, almost every count changed to 4! 

I spent the entire day, more labor costs on more employees, and much more of my time away from my family than necessary to fix the database. I go to upload the newest numbers, AGAIN.  I log into square and my entire item library is GONE! Catagories are there, but no items. Thankfully, I think, I have it all in excel.  Great. But wait, now it won't upload! I am not sure how much more of Squares BUGS I can take!

While we're not able to check on your inventory levels, or troubleshoot via this forum, this is something our support team can look in to further. Please get in touch with us here when you have a moment! 

 

In regards to not being able to see your library yesterday, we were experiencing some issues with item management, which should now have been resolved. Please let us know if you're still seeing these issues, and we're sorry about the trouble.
