Issue with payment links

My hi everyone I need some help pls. I send payment links out and sometimes my clients are coming back to me saying it days incorrect shipping address. They have sent me videos and it all looks fine to me. Does anyone else have this problem or know what I can do to fix it! Thanks in advance!

Hi @Pilates1, sorry your customers are running into this! When they start entering their address, the shipping address field should display all the options. It is possible that the browser settings interfere with it especially if auto-fill option is enabled on their browser. If you share your checkout link with me I can test this on my end and confirm. You can send me over any screenshot or video you find relevant. Please make sure any customer personal information is hidden to protect your customer's data.

Thank you for sending over your checkout link @Pilates1. I have tested it and was able to enter an address correctly. This seems to be related to their browser. You can advise them of the following:
1. Make sure their browser is up to date.
2. Clear the cache and cookies on the browser.
3. Switch to a supported browser, such as Google Chrome, on an alternate device

If none of these troubleshooting tips work, please ask them to send over the following information:
1. The exact version of their web browser. To find this, visit http://whatwebbrowser.com.
2. Confirm the device they're using (PC, Mac, iPad, Android device, etc.)
3. Screenshot or video showcasing the issue with the shipping address.

I'll be happy to look into it further and report to our engineers if necessary.
