Issue with menu item counts syncing

Did anyone have issues with inventory not syncing correctly on Saturday night? We had our soft opening and are using the Restaurant POS. I would update a count to 1 left and suddenly it would go back up again and look like we had 2 remaining items left. Very frustrating! We use one Square Register at our counter and then an Ipad in our back patio, but they are both connected to the same location.

We experienced some issues with log ins on Saturday, which may have impacted locations. Please let us know if you're still having issues with your inventory, and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
